Qualifications & experience

• Understand inventory control based on FIFO and FEFO and arranging goods accordingly for production or export
• Speaks Indonesian and English language
• Willing to work outside office hours when necessary
• Have a bachelor degree or diploma from respectable university
• Have own driving license C (or A will be advantageous)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving goods, check the conformity of goods with the PO, and to check the goods condition and quality according to the SOP
• Accurately input inventory data, carry out stock taking periodically (monthly or every two weeks), create weekly stock report and maintain accurate stock of goods
• Able to do reconciliation between actual stock and data provided by 3rd party vendor
• Provide labeling and numbering for finished goods
• Monitor, direct and assist warehouse team (when necessary) to do container stuffing, re-pallet, loading and unloading, alongside with team member
• Prepare and create a packing list and other required logistic documents
• Coordinate with 3rd party logistic agent (import export) to do bookings, shipment scheduling, and to assist in creating document needed for Import and export
• Able to give good suggestion on products flow to minimize cost and increase efficiency.
• Able to do other task assigned by management
