Job Purpose
Plan, manage, and control the maintenance and repair system for all plant equipment and machinery. Ensure that the maintenance system complies with Standard Preventive Maintenance from OEM, conduct OE procedures and KORE procedures. This is to support the operation of equipment and plant facilities, ensuring they are in optimal operating condition, with uninterrupted processes, functioning utility equipment, and effective engineering processes for continuous improvement and support of capital projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop maintenance strategies and a maintenance management system for all production machinery, installations, and equipment.
- Ensure manufacturing utilities and facilities are ready for production and other plant activities.
- Manage the spare parts inventory value, ensuring that inventory levels are manageable, and inventory processes and usage align with established procedures.
- Manage the implementation of engineering projects, ensuring that capital expenditures (Capex) are manageable according to the execution plan.
- Optimize water and energy usage, including the development of initiatives for water and energy conservation, and monitoring and controlling water and energy usage.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to analyze quality performance trends and develop corrective actions related to machine and equipment performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in an FMCG industry, with at least 3 years of experience leading Maintenance & Engineering Team or holding similar roles in Engineering.
- Preferably, experience in Beverage industry.
- Knowledge of Lean Concepts with a Green Belt Certification
