Maintenance Engineering Manager

REQUIREMENT/ KRITERIA:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, 
• Experience in manufacturing industry
• Project management: PERT, Critical Path Analysis, CAPEX Program, and FMEA
• Significant experience in similar role working in a production-maintenance, process engineering, operations planning and manufacturing environment.
• Application of lean / continuous improvement tools & technique in low volume high value production/manufacturing environment
• Manufacturing within an ISO quality management system or equivalent
• CAPEX management experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design, develop new process and equipment, in order to devise hands on improvement processes from an engineering perspective to reduce losses and defects while improving throughput and the implementation of best practices on the floor.
• Coordinate the installation and commissioning of new equipment to maximize production efficiency and maintainability.
• Managing, supervision and monitoring of capital projects.
• Manage and controls a function-related plant-maintenance to keep assets in optimal conditions in accordance with business requirements.
• Development of the maintenance concept and maintenance master plan and be responsible for implementation of the plan according to Total Productive Maintenance Management Systems.
• Ensure reliability of plant and equipment operation while optimizing maintenance and operation costs and satisfying all safety, environmental etc. regulations in the process
• Oversees building and grounds maintenance to ensure that the facility is fully operational, well maintained, and with all utilities functioning properly including security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
• Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
• Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements,
• Analyse budgets and continuously manage and controls a cost-efficient, within the company budget in term of project costing and maintenance cost either factory equipment or building and infrastructures.
• Manage & analyze production line performances (KPI) and coordinate improvement action to achieve agreed performance target.
• Ensures the compliance and implementation of safety, health and environmental programs in production line to comply with government regulation, company policy and standard certification
