Maintenance & Engineering Technician

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct maintenance activities for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance according to the schedule and / or work order (WO) received from the supervisor to ensure the maximum production process with the quality and condition of the machine in good condition in accordance with KORE / ISO 9001, 14001 standards, FSCC, OHSAS / SMK3 in accordance with procedures to ensure processes are run in efficiently and effectively and products that continuously meet quality standards and quantity targets that been set. Responsible to come to work align to regulation to ensure there is no interrupted process.

Key Accountability:

• Monitoring process parameter through eSIC and Quin-sys to ensure the production line running smoothly.
• Conduct Operational Checklist in accordance with the received WO.
• Responsible to take action when there is abnormality in operation process and downtime include in efficiency of material, water & energy usage.
• Responsible to autonomous maintenance execution review &
  process confirmation.
• Responsible to monitor the operational of machines & equipment to identify machines condition and required corrective maintenance.
• Conduct maintenance activities of Preventive Maintenance and Corrective maintenance in accordance with work order and maintenance planning
• Responsible to conduct tools analysis and spare part requirement incl. tools maintenance and taking care of maintenance tools and placing in proper storage.
• Responsible to conduct machines condition identification and required corrective maintenance.
• Conduct machine testing after maintenance and repairs for ensuring repairs run effectively before the machine is handed over to the production team to run the production process.
• Responsible to conduct to execute maintenance activities that already done to superior with completing WO. 
• Responsible to Conduct close monitoring equipment performance during production.
• Responsible to execute maintenance by WO breakdown & WO PM operational (incl. tools preparation, create pick ticket to get spare parts and maintain abnormality machine)
• Monitoring process performance, updating to superior and coordinating with other section for resolving the issues.
• Identify improvement opportunity, suggest for improvement initiatives to the superior and involving to improvement activities to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness and productivity.
• Responsible to implement OHS policies, work plans, procedures, work instructions. In accordance with OHS policy and identify potential risk hazards in the work area and carry out preventive measures.

Education Background:
• Diploma 3 - Degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
 

Professional Experience:
• Fresh graduate or 1 year experience as Maintenance & Engineering
