Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering/Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in similiar position minimum 3 years.
- Familiar in operating AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3DMax and Microsoft Office
- Have good communication, problem solving and leadership.
Job Description :
- Responsible for planning, implement and monitoring asset inventory, maintenance & repair of machines, equipment and infrastruktur.
- Monitor the regular service schedules for Head Office (HO), Outlet and Central Kitchen/Warehouse equipment.
- Supervise routine equipment check conduted by technicians, ensuring observance to maintenance checklists.
- Evaluate the technician's work to repair any identified damages.
- Analyze downtime occurrences and devise effective solutions for resolution.
- Create and implement SOPs and work instructions for maintenance and repair processes.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the progress of ongoing projects.
- Understanding and familiar with equipment related to the restaurant industry.
- Understanding Asset Management.
