About the Job

The Management Trainee-Transition reporting directly to Sr Manager Transition and join our GBS support based in Noida.

Position Duties

• Preparation of reports and trackers related to transition of new processes to GBS .
• Project coordination for chasing the open transition activities for closure
• Support preparation of status reporting
• Co-ordinating with GBS procurement and other teams for ICPO and invoicing
• Support implementation of CSRD and other adhoc projects
• Support Legal PMO activities.

Profile (Skills, Experience & Qualifications):

(i) Must Have

• O to 1 years of experience
• MBA from a recognized university
• Good computer skills and MS Office skills
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, and drafting skills.

• Experience in finance and accounting processes
• Ability to set priorities and juggle multiple demands
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage self and/or teams delivery commitments with professional and positive attitude
• Ability to advise and interact with all levels of management
• Share Point knowledge (O365)
