About the Job
The Management Trainee-Transition reporting directly to Sr Manager Transition and join our GBS support based in Noida.
Position Duties
- Preparation of reports and trackers related to transition of new processes to GBS .
- Project coordination for chasing the open transition activities for closure
- Support preparation of status reporting
- Co-ordinating with GBS procurement and other teams for ICPO and invoicing
- Support implementation of CSRD and other adhoc projects
- Support Legal PMO activities.
About You
Profile (Skills, Experience & Qualifications):
(i) Must Have
- O to 1 years of experience
- MBA from a recognized university
- Good computer skills and MS Office skills
- Excellent communication, verbal and written, and drafting skills.
(ii) Nice to have
- Experience in finance and accounting processes
- Ability to set priorities and juggle multiple demands
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage self and/or teams delivery commitments with professional and positive attitude
- Ability to advise and interact with all levels of management
- Share Point knowledge (O365)
