The Asset Excellence Manager provides leadership and life cycle management to enable safe and efficient Mobile Fleet, Assets and Equipment to deliver sustainable revenue.
As the Asset Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Fleet & Asset Management
- Capital Projects – Business Case & Project Ownership
- Comply with Management of Change - AA Approver
- Support Management of key vendors (EG OBQ, H&H, SSB, Volvo, etc)
- Development and Maintenance of Maintenance Management plans for all Assets on site
- Support the use of SAP 4S maintenance system
- Implement constant improvement initiatives to ensure safety and efficiency of the Assets.
- Maintenance Practices
- Materials and Key vendor management
- Key Asset specification
- Maintenance System and User Processes
- Management of Asset Reliability Team
- Field Information System support. Eg IVMS, Blast IQ, etc
- Safety Execution & Leadership.
- Operational Safety Governance
- Capital Management & Optimisation
- Statutory Licencing – Mobile Fleet
- Mechanical Trade Qualification
- 10 years fleet maintenance/management experience
- 10 years commercial management experience
- 10 years as a personnel manager
