Role
This position is responsible to in communicating the key investment messages to clients (third party and Life Business) and potential investors with the aim of increasing new business and improving client retention and will work very closely with the marketing team to present the investment views to investors in a variety of meeting formats, including one on one, roundtables and platform presentations and will be attending investment review meetings with existing clients (third party and Life Business) and potential investors.
This position is also responsible to support the Head of Investment Specialist and Portfolio Analyst for portfolio analytics and attribution results reports.
Key Accountabilities
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following

Understand the requirements of the sales team and Life Business for investment team support

Responsible for confirming the investment communication content with the fund management and marketing team

Prepare and verify the content of investment presentations

Act as an investment point of contact for the marketing team for the preparation of investment marketing material and press release activities

Create ideas for investment communications related to recent market or economic condition, product positioning as well as investment education to existing and potential clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with the key contacts within the sales team in order to provide proactive and creative responses to all existing and potential clients.

Work closely with the marketing team to assist in the preparation of different investment communications, presentations and investment notes as well as presenting them to the investors in a variety of meeting formats. This will include the following:

• Provide 100 words commentary on T+2 after month end
• Provide a fund fact sheet review on T+4 after month end and the monthly chart pack on T+8 after month end
• Prepare the Company Periodical Publication
• Supporting the portfolio analysis process by providing and reviewing all necessary related data and documents by agreed cut off times.
