Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for recruitment, KPI assessment management and compliance management, etc., and provide other corresponding manpower support

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 2 years or more of local labor work experience, familiar with labor-related laws and regulations
2. Academic ability & strong willingness to learn, willing to receive new knowledge
3. In the later stage, we can accept short-term business trips from Southeast Asian subsidiaries (Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia)
4. Local Chinese in Indonesia or locals who are proficient in English or Chinese
