Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in HR roles
- Proficient in English with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form is a must
- Proficient in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form will be an advantage
- Willing to work in Kendal, Central Java
- Demonstrated expertise in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse teams
- Ability to address HR challenges creatively and provide effective solutions
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs
- Collaborative approach, working well with cross-functional teams to achieve HR objectives.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices align with legal requirements
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for handling the onboarding procedures including collecting onboarding information, operating information into the HR system, and filing all the contract and profile
- Responsible for handling resignation procedures including summarizing resignation information, and filing resignation certificates
- Responsible for contract renewal work including initiating, signing, entering contract information into the HR system, and filing all the contract
- Responsible for system data operations in the HR system including transfer, regularization, promotion, and demotion
- Record leave application and overtime application of the employee including collecting leave certificates and filing monthly departmental attendance records
- Responsible for the addition, reduction, and base declaration of the compulsory insurance, providing relevant data for payroll and the application for relevant insurance benefits
