Brief:
We are seeking a Human Resources professional with a strong legal background, particularly in corporate law and comprehensive knowledge of employment regulations, including those outlined by Depnaker. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsible, highly organized, and possess excellent negotiation skills. They should thrive in a dynamic work environment and excel in recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and will work across four small companies with a total of approximately 50 employees.
Responsibilities:
Drafting contracts between employees and the company, ensuring they are meticulously crafted and compliant with relevant regulations across all four companies.
Providing legal advice and guidance on employment matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Managing, maintaining, and coordinating all HR functions, including leave tracking, cash advances, and employee benefits administration, taking into account the unique needs of each company.
Spearheading recruitment efforts for the collective group of companies, including conducting interviews, maintaining a comprehensive CV database, and developing hiring strategies across various platforms and networks to fulfill the staffing requirements of each company.
Overseeing the hiring budget across the four companies and ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet the diverse hiring needs of each entity.
Assisting with legal documentation and compliance matters as needed, such as drafting contracts, agreements, or legal papers, ensuring they adhere to legal requirements and company policies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
Advanced degree or certification in Human Resources Management or Law is preferred.
Proven experience in Human Resources management, with a focus on legal compliance and contract drafting.
In-depth knowledge of corporate law, employment regulations, and labor laws, particularly those relevant to the region or country of operation.
Strong understanding of Depnaker regulations and other local employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate legal concepts to non-legal staff.
Demonstrated ability to draft clear and concise contracts and legal documents.
Experience in providing legal advice and guidance on employment-related matters.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify potential legal issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Proficiency in Talenta and other relevant software applications.
Previous experience working in a multi-company or multi-site environment is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Ethical conduct and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Fluency and proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
Flexibility to travel occasionally between company locations as needed.
