The ideal candidate must be deeply familiar developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop talent, while fostering a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

We are chocolate manufacturing company since 2014. Currently we are employing 30+ employees. We are selling the best raw chocolate in our 2 outlets located in Ubud area and 50+ partner outlets all around Southern Bali. We also export our chocolate products worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Retention :
- Develop and implement strategies for recruiting staff that align with the company's mission and values. Manage the staff onboarding process and work on retaining top talent.
Employee Relations and Advocacy :
- Serve as a link between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Promote a culture that reflects the organization's values, encourages good performance, and rewards productivity.
Training and Capacity Building :
- Identify and address training and development needs. Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
Performance Management :
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them. Appraise performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to effectively monitor and evaluate employee performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Ensure that compensation and benefits are fair and consistent, considering the company's budget constraints and mission focus.
Compliance and Ethics :
- Ensure that the organization complies with all legal and regulatory concerns. Promote and enforce ethical behavior in all aspects of the organization's operation.
Strategic Planning :
- Align HR strategic plan with that of the organization. Participate in organization-wide strategy and planning meetings. Work closely with General Manager.
Diversity and Inclusion :
- Align Foster a diverse workplace and oversee programs that promote equity and inclusion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in senior role in Human Resources Management, preferably in chocolate industry or food manufacturing industry. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Human Resource.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with all employees. Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise training employees.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
