General Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience in HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, and personnel recordkeeping
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Having minimum 4 years experience leading Human Resources Department in Hospitality Industry
