Job Description:
Reporting to AVP, Business Development this position is responsible to
analyze Sales and Quality of the PD Shariah business based on daily, monthly and annually reports for Senior Management Team reference and consideration to define the business strategy.

Having expertise in MS Officer (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Having knowledge of SQL Database is preferred
Having good presentation skill
Fluently both speaking and writing in English
Understanding the Digitalization knowledge

Having minimum 3 years experiences in analyzing the report
Having target oriented with the highest self-motivated
Having good communication skill
Understanding the insurance business is preferred

Providing and analyzing the sales performance with the dashboard monitoring.
Analyzing the effectiveness of sales program
Distributing the report to the Sales and bank partner in timely manner.
Able to work as a team work
