What are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Global Marketing team and spearhead strategic initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region, with a specific focus on India and Indonesia. Previous experience in the digital advertising space and English proficiency are a must.

What will you be responsible for?

• Collaborate with the global marketing team to align regional APAC strategies with overall company objectives.
• Strategically plan and execute APAC events, from concept to on-site execution, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for attendees.
• Organize online webinars on platforms such as Zoom, managing all aspects from technical set-up and speakers’ management to event promotion and follow-up with attendees.
• Regularly source speaking opportunities for our senior management team at industry events and conferences in APAC.
• Foster relationships with local editors to increase our brand presence and visibility.
• Collaborate with local partners to co-organize joint events, enhancing industry collaboration and reach.
• Work closely with the content team to develop region-specific content that resonates with the local audience.
• Liaise with our creative team to create required designs for all marketing activations.

What are the requirements of the role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in marketing.
• Strong understanding of the India and Indonesia markets, cultural nuances, and media landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in local languages is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in executing impactful events and managing PR campaigns.
• Proficiency in webinars and online event platforms.
• Previous knowledge using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work across time zones e.g. 1.30pm - 10.30pm to cross over with EMEA and US teams
