Responsibilities:
A. Conducting Marketing Activities to Achieve Departmental Goals
- Implements regular tracking of initiatives to determine results
- Prepare letters, invitations, press releases, spreadsheet, database system, or presentation
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
B. Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies
- Developing creative marketing materials and in house promotion following the latest trend in accordance with brand standard
- Develop marketing materials for promotional events, property tools, and conferences
- Develops, plans, and executes programs as necessary to achieve stated revenue goals
C. Maximizing Revenue
- Build relationships & networking for job-related function internally and externally
- Plan & implement all marketing activities (events, advertising & promotion, sponsorship, casual leasing etc) to increase traffic & customer’s spending
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Journalism, Communications or related field
- 5 years of direct work experience in a marketing management capacity
- Have a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management
- Demonstrated proficiency in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
