Position: Marketing Communication Manager

Jobs Responsibilities:

1. Create & manage marketing program to increase traffic and sales (Offline & Online)
2. Develop annual marketing strategy and event (booth & activation)
3. Making marketing plan & budget and maintain business growth (Quarterly & Yearly)
4. Working closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
5. Analyzing potential market and competitor
6. Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
7. Create and maintain relationship with third party (Gojek, Grab, Tokped)
8. Managing Marketing budget & allocating wisely
9. Leading a team in order to achieving the team’s objective
10. Prepare annual marketing strategy and budget to enhance brand's awareness across Indonesia.
11. Manage marketing, communication, public relation, digital and offline campaign initiatives.
12. Develop CRM strategy to increase customer loyalty & conversion; also in charge of analysis and reporting of the program
13. Maintain social media and Copy write for social media, artwork, caption in English
14. Work hand in hand with research and development to develop new product
15. Handling complain, work with customer service team

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree Public Relation, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Excellent communication, product development skill, data driven, presentation skill, analysis skill, sales analysis, detail oriented and likewise good selling
• Required language(s): Must Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia and good interpersonal written.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in retail F&B
• Able to lead the marketing strategy and implementation effective promotion.
• Work well in a team and with a wide range of people
• Strong knowledge about promotion and promotional materials
• Have good networks with Media & Social Media Influencer
• Having basic Design skill or expert in Canva apps is a plus
• Able to join immediately is a plus
