Marketing And Public Relations Specialist

Apritif Restaurant & Bar is seeking an individual with Public Relations experience and a deep understanding of the Indonesian/Asia fine dining landscape. A strong industry network in Bali is preferred, with a genuine passion for Public Relations and marketing, with an ability to hone the message of luxury gastronomy to all potential audiences. Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the restaurant's objectives
• Manage brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Plan and execute engaging events, collaborations and promotions to attract customers.
• Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders to generate positive publicity.
• Work with restaurant and bar managers to implement customer loyalty programs.
• Coordinate overarching PR strategy with the whole restaurant and bar team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in marketing roles within the hospitality or fine dining industry.

Strong understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, And Public Relations.

Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
