 A hospitality Company consisting of villa rentals, bike rentals and coworking.

Responsibility:

• Create Marketing and Sales plan to drive villa rental bookings and revenue growth.

• Build relationship with clients and assist them with their needs and complaints.

• Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to showcase our properties and services.

• Coordinate site visits and property tours for clients, offering exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the booking process.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of bookings and guest experiences.

• Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and analysis to management.

• Proven experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality or real estate industry.

• Strong initiative and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, to achieve sales targets and objectives.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

• Open-minded and creative thinker, with a passion for exploring new ideas and innovative approaches to sales and marketing.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work well under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
