Marketing Communication Executive (The Children Place)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and ensure Brand’s message conveyed to end customers across all platforms (owned, earned, paid) for both offline and online and in a timely manner.
• Leverage brand awareness to targeted audiences through partnership / sponsorship. 
• Work closely with the CRM team to ensure engagement between with Brand & its member are well communicated consistently. 
• Manage brand presence on social media platform to engage with followers/ communities. 
• Develop, propose & execute a Brand activation (event) to ensure awareness & engagement between the visitors and brand. 
• Deliver incisive monthly reports tracking performance and recommending key actions for the future.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Marketing 1-2 years + in the retail industry, preferably within the fashion sector.
• Strong understanding of offline marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, and CRM.
• Familiarity with the use of AI tools in marketing is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to use data to inform marketing strategies.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
