Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and ensure Brand’s message conveyed to end customers across all platforms (owned, earned, paid) for both offline and online and in a timely manner.
- Leverage brand awareness to targeted audiences through partnership / sponsorship.
- Work closely with the CRM team to ensure engagement between with Brand & its member are well communicated consistently.
- Manage brand presence on social media platform to engage with followers/ communities.
- Develop, propose & execute a Brand activation (event) to ensure awareness & engagement between the visitors and brand.
- Deliver incisive monthly reports tracking performance and recommending key actions for the future.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Marketing 1-2 years + in the retail industry, preferably within the fashion sector.
- Strong understanding of offline marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, and CRM.
- Familiarity with the use of AI tools in marketing is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to use data to inform marketing strategies.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
