Responsibilities :
Develop and execute integrated Marketing Communication plans to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation and product promotion.
Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email marketing and print collateral.
Collaborates with the design team to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, such as brochures, infographics, videos and digital ads.
Manage and update the company's website content to ensure it aligns with the Marketing Communication strategy and maintains a fresh and compelling online presence.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, segmenting the audience, and analyzing campaign performance.
Monitor and manage social media channels, creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and tracking key metrics.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in Marketing Communication strategies,
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers and partners to secure media coverage and collaborations.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and sales, to ensure Marketing Communication efforts are aligned with business goals,
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of Marketing Communication campaigns using relevant metrics and tools, and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communication/Mass Communication/Advertising or equivalent.
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content management systems.
Familiarity with analytical to track and report on Marketing Communication performance.
Strong project management skills
