Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta for a Marketing Content Manager. The Marketing Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement across ATL & BTL channels (e.g. social media, digital, blog, offline activation, etc.), managing and producing a wide range of digital content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing content performance metrics to optimize content marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Content Management and Marketing skills
- Writing and Content Strategy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- A strong understanding of marketing and branding principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with SEO and digital advertising is a plus
- Experience in healthcare or offline retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
