Responsibilities:
- Serve as the brand's "poster girl," curating and posting engaging content daily across all SOCIAL MEDIA channels, with a primary focus on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Craft visually stunning videos using editing tools such as InShot and CapCut, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
- Stay abreast of the latest SOCIAL MEDIA trends on TikTok and Instagram, utilizing this knowledge to drive engagement and enhance brand visibility.
- Actively engage in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and exciting content ideas aligning with the brand's voice and aesthetic.
- Showcase makeup looks, conduct product demos, and interact with the audience through compelling storytelling while being comfortable in front of the camera.
- Cultivate a sense of community by actively engaging with user-generated content (UGC) and collaborating with influencers and customers to promote Klara Cosmetics products.
- Monitor and analyze SOCIAL MEDIA content performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize reach and engagement.
Requiements :

- Willing to be placed in Bali
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, with a robust portfolio showcasing video creation and editing skills.
- Proficiency in using video editing software like InShot and CapCut to produce high-quality, shareable content.
- In-depth knowledge of SOCIAL MEDIA trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram, coupled with a track record of creating viral content.
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, possessing excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the beauty industry and an authentic passion for makeup and cosmetics.
- Keen attention to detail, aesthetics, and the ability to adapt to the brand's style and tone.
- Strong understanding of UGC (user-generated content) and its impact on brand growth.
