Solusi Consultancy, a leading marketing, communication, and PR agency based in Bali, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a marketing/Social Media agency environment. We are looking for individuals who are accustomed to working with multiple clients simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 
* Fulltime
* Hybrid job: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote
* Location: Bali
* Working hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible hours)
* Monthly Starting Salary: 5jt - 10jt IDR (Based on experience)
* Starting date: ASAP
 
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media strategies across various platforms, with a focus on Meta and Instagram
* Create and curate engaging content for Social Media channels, including visual content using tools like Canva
* Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts that align with the client's brand voice and objectives
* Collaborate with the production team and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth execution of Social Media campaigns
* Monitor and analyze Social Media performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
 
Requirements and Skills:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, Social Media, or related field
* High proficiency in using Social Media platforms, especially Meta and Instagram
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and proactivity
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Ability to work remotely and remain proactive and accountable
* Proficiency in using other Social Media platforms, such as TikTok and LinkedIn (plus)
* Knowledge of Google Ads and SEO (plus)
* Understanding of Website UI/UX principles (plus)
* Background in Marketing, PR, or Journalism (plus)
