Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the fashion industry to oversee our Social Media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for women's fashion, a keen eye for trends, and a proven track record of driving engagement and growth through creative and strategic Social Media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase engagement across all relevant platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok
• Create compelling and visually stunning content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
• Plan and schedule Social Media posts, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content while maintaining a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic.
• Monitor Social Media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience and address any inquiries or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and merchandising, to align Social Media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and product launches.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize content and strategy for maximum impact.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media marketing, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Social Media management, with a focus on the fashion industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing Social Media accounts, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging content.
