Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
2. Manage and maintain Social Media accounts facebook, instagram, tiktok, website, creating engaging content, and interacting with the online community.
3. Design and implement email marketing campaigns to promote special events, offers, and updates.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing optimization.
5. Monitor and analyze the performance of Social Media efforts using analytics tools and provide regular reports.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding across all channels.
7. Manage the content team the videographer, graphic design, photographer to make and publish a proper content on company Social Media.
8. Set up monthly and weekly content planner

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in all major, more opportunity for marketing major
2. Previous experience in managing Social Media campaigns.
3. Have minimum 3 years experience as Social Media Manager or officer, preferably in the hospitality industry (Hotel, Bar, or Restaurant).
4. Solid understanding of Social Media platforms, content creation, and community management.
5. Proficient in using digital marketing tools, Social Media management (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc) and analytics platforms (SEO) like SEMrush, Moz Pro, Ahrefs, etc.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and innovative marketing campaigns.
