Requirement:
- Min 10+ years of experience and strong background in Marketing/Economic
- Bachelor's degree in Management
- Experience in FMCG & Distributor Company
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good decision-making and organizational skills
- Passion for working with people
- Display a positive, professional attitude, and integrity at all times.
- Have a very good English and verbal communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Experience in planning and budgeting, knowledge of business process and functions
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Understand marketing work matrices and tracking tools to facilitate market research, prediction and analyst markets
- Make preparations from the Marketing and Sales side before the product is launched.
- Looking for new opportunities and/or partners to create new business potential both in the short and long term
- Building a successful company image for the Indonesian local market and international market
- Implemented performance reviews and motivational strategies to elevate Markeing team results.
- Responsible for all daily report, weekly and monthly reports to CMO
