Position: Marketing Manager
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our services, enhance our brand visibility, and drive business growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a track record of success in the contracting or construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including website, email, social media, and online advertising.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and advertising.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing collateral and tools to support lead generation and conversion.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
