Job Description / Responsibilities :
- Manage all Marketing Management of Homecare and reporting to Homecare Division Head
- Create & Develop brand strategy/plan & holistic marketing strategy/plan (including : marketing budget, develop potential brand / product positioning)
- Strong implementation, controlling, corrective action, of brand & marketing plan (including Sales target achievement)
- Manage marketing budget implementation on the right effective track to control / do corrective action of marketing campaigns especially in Trading Term, space Rental, Digital Campaign, TVC Campaign
- Develop & analyze relevant marketing research as a base to develop brands (Including Shopping habits, Usage & Attitude Test, retail audit, post campaign tracking study etc)
- To indentify & develop new potential brand/ product/ positioning/ campaign
- To do corrective action
- To identify all opportunities & threat
- Leading in coordination with all marketing agencies/ consultant etc (Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Creative boutique, Media Buyer, Brand Activation Agency, Marketing research Agencies, Fragrance house etc)
- Coordinate tightly sales promotion with distributors, key customers (To monitor market penetration, product display etc)
- Leading in product development (NPD New Product Dev / EPD existing Product Dev)

Purchasing, label / pack designer etc)
