- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and analytics.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools.
- Familiarity with Mini Cooper's brand and target audience is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive Mini Cooper sales.
- Develop innovative and compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and make recommendations for product positioning and messaging.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and maintain brand assets, including logos, imagery, and messaging.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, product launches, and dealership activities to engage customers and create a positive brand experience.
- Collaborate with partners and sponsors to maximize event impact.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide marketing support and materials to sales teams to enhance customer engagement.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for campaigns and initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
