Responsibilities :
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive product sales.
- Develop innovative and compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and make recommendations for product positioning and messaging.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, product launches, and create a positive brand experience.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for campaigns and initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as Marketing Specialist.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools.
- Willing to be placed in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
