Qualifications & experience
- Must be possess at least bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in marketing administration, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent in English is a must (can speak in Japanese would be advantage).
- Able to work independent and team, serious work attitude, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable, detail-oriented, and price.
- Able to work hard with targets and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Make listing submissions, check documents from clients and ask data to clients.
- Update client list in details every month.
- Collaborating with marketing team to make leasing agreement and check agreement from owner.
- Collaborating with Finance team to shipping invoice, agreement and collect withholding slip from client
- Make daily, Monthly and yearly reports regarding Marketing.
