Responsibilities :

• Establishing objectives, business models, and marketing strategies for the e-Commerce division;
• Developing, implementing, and continually improving the e-Commerce strategy to drive growth across digital platforms;
• Constant development and improvement of ecommerce aesthetic to ensure maximal customer engagement;
• Optimizing's customer journey and improving conversion rates;
• Own, track and adapt customer journey to reduce customer bounce rate and keeping a coherent passage from landing through to purchase;
• Working cross functionally, updating senior management of ecommerce developments and performance;
• Manage the product and launch of new website and/ platform;
• Driving ecommerce sales performance;
• Ability to understand customer journeys and identify opportunities to increase site performance, growing not just sales but increasing profit
• Budget Management;
• Team management;
• Managing the Profit & Loss for the online retail channel, delivering on short term and long term plans, including delivered against budget.
   

Requirements :

• Minimum of 25 - Maximum 35, 3-5-year experience in the business of e-commerce/commodities;
• Have experience 3+ years (1 years lead team e-commerce is a plus point) handle E-commerce channel (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli & etc);
• Overall, the successful candidate should be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a results-driven professional with a passion for ecommerce and direct channel sales;
• Extensive experience as an e-commerce lead;
• Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies;
• Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce;
• Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills;
• Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities;
• Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
• Willing to Work From Office in West Jakarta
