1. Teach Mathematics courses:
● Working with children between the ages of 5 to 14 years old.
● Create an inviting classroom environment that encourages children to learn mathematics in the English language.
● Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, including hands-on learning, interactive sessions, and technology integration, to enhance mathematical concepts.
● Organize and facilitate group activities that nurture problem-solving and collaborative skills within the scope of the provided curriculum.
2. Conduct Assessments
● Teachers will conduct initial assessments for all incoming students.
● Teachers will regularly assess students during classes to monitor individual progress.
3. Communication
● Teachers will maintain regular open communication with parents, through informal meetings, formal meetings, progress and term reports.
● Teachers will keep attendance logs for all classes taught and update Centre Management when a student is ready for promotion.
● Teachers will complete the parent’s communication book each week.
● Teachers will attend regular Learning Centre Team meetings.
4.Contribute to Student Growth and Retention
● Increasing sign-ups – achieved through maximizing the assessment process.
● Minimizing withdrawals – achieved through maximizing the teaching process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education with a specialization in mathematics, or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Able to conduct math lessons for 4 to 12 years old
- Proficient in guiding and teaching students to ensure their understanding of the daily lesson, including managing corrections.
- Proficient in spoken English, particularly skilled in oral communication.
- Completed ICR Written Test
