Position:Mill and Plantation Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate deals for mills and Plantations
• Evaluate and conduct site visits to mills and Plantations
• Lead due diligence activities
• Drive the acquisition process, including negotiation on behalf of the company
• Execute the purchase of mills and Plantation

Requirements:

• Location: Jakarta
• Minimum 10 years of prior working experience in the acquisition of mills and Plantations
• Degree in Engineering
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Understanding of legal documents (not mandatory, but a plus)
