As Sr. Project Acquisition Manager you will be accountable in the company's strategic initiative in expanding the Data center portfolio. An ideal candidate will have a good track record in DC acquisition, managing feasibility and financial study of potential DC development, strong local real estate knowledge .

Description

• Conduct site analysis, market feasibility study and financial projection for potential Data Center investment.
• Identify target markets, assess market trends, and formulate a comprehensive pricing model.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, brokers, and industry partners.
• Lead due diligence on potential acquisition opportunities or partnership.
• Negotiate and structure deals, including purchase agreements, leases, and other contractual arrangements.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with finance teams to secure necessary funding and approvals for projects.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate project analysis & acquisition with exposure in Data Center development study.
• Strong understanding of real estate market landscape in Indonesia and financial principles related to Project Acquisition.
