Mine Production Supervisor

PT Baramutiara Prima ( a subsidiary of Gunung Sewu Group ) is a coal mining company with 3rd generation Coal Contract of Work (CCoW/PKP2B) located in Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra Province, with head office is in Sequis Tower, Jakarta.

To Support our growth, we're currently looking for :

Mine Supervisor 

Responsibilities : 

• Supervises the production performance of the mining contractor and their equipment to ensure productivity targets are met through efficient and safe operating procedures and practices.
• Allocate resources in order to maximize production and achieve required coal production and safety targets.
• Communicate regularly with superiors and other employees at mine site to ensure a thorough understanding of production and safety requirements and priorities, also to address specific issues.

Qualifications :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Min 5 years overall experience in similar position in mining industries.
• Proven Skills and knowledge in mining activities.
• Certified in POP or POM is strong advantage.
• Good computer literacy, especially in programs required in mining activities.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Placement in Sungai Lilin, Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra
