Our client is a company in the Catering industry is looking for a position as Production Supervisor (FOOD & Beverage) with the following qualifications and job descriptions:
Qualifications :
- Shall have minimum D-3 degree from hotel management academy with at least 3 years’ experience as supervisor FOOD & BEVERAGE or similar in hotel (min. 3 stars hotel) or catering service in industrial (oil&gas / mining / hospital / manufacture).
- Have experience in catering services for minimum 300 personnel in industrial (oil&gas/mining company/hospital/manufacture) or hotel.
Have knowledge/skill in food production, logistic plan, Food & Beverage and camp management. - Have knowledge and experience in creating menu planning by combining local Indonesian food, oriental Chinese and Japanese food, middle east food, and western (American & European) food.
- Excellent skill and experience in storing, preparing, serving and disposing.
Good in organization and leadership skill - Have other certificate related to catering, camp accommodation, HSE, or hotel will be considered as value added.
Scope and General Purpose :
- To supervise and control all catering services including food shipment, storage and quality control.
