- Leading the entire Modern Trade sales team starting from creating strategy, focus, and priorities.
- Executing marketing strategies for Modern Trade and monitoring implementation to achieve sales targets effectively and efficiently.
- Deliver superior growth and optimize return
- Strengthen in-market presence and brand image excellence
- Visioning project related to Modern Trade
Qualification:
- Have an experience as Key Account Manager at least 8 years, or 2-3 years as National Sales Manager
- Handle top mini account and have advance knowledge in distribution
- Have an excellent knowledge in MT Trends Program
- Have deep experience in Modern Trade in FMCG
- Have an excellent leadership skill, analytical skill, communication skill, and coaching skill
