- Memahami sistem manajemen perbaikan barang barang elektronik
- Menangani cabang Service Center seluruh indonesia
- Monitor and evaluation of the quality and operation of Service Center based upon Customer Satisfaction Index.
- Ensure the effectiveness activity in Service Center in accordance with SOP.
- Management Voice Of Customer (keluhan pelanggan dan masukan pelanggan) & VOD and counter measure program activities.
- Able to handle several projects at the same time , inter and intra Departments.
