Center Manager (Service Office)

Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless functioning of our Service Office center.
• Maintain the efficiency of facilities and related services to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility and appeal of the Service Office center.
• Drive marketing and promotional activities to attract new tenants while fostering relationships with existing clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Address inquiries, issues, and needs promptly and professionally.
• Take charge of the budget for the Service Office center, meticulously monitoring financial performance.
