Responsibilities:
- Assist building owners exclusively to market their industrial area (estate or building) whether to local or multinational companies.
- Finding prospective tenants through cold calling, networking, and advertisement.
- Providing information and area specifications for prospective tenants.
- Guiding clients to see the area or building during the inspection.
- Negotiating leasing/purchase terms between tenants and building owners.
- Assist the developer in creating an advertisement for their products.
Requirements:
- S1 or Master's Degree from a reputable university (preferably from abroad majoring in marketing, finance, property development, and/or other relevant fields)
- Min. 2 years of working experience in sales and/or marketing duties in the property business will be an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High initiative and self-motivated
- A team player who has a high level of responsibility and discipline
- Proficient in English
