Responsibility :

• Handling potential Tenant by doing consultative selling to find apartment according to their need
• Handling Owner to manage their apartment and find potential tenant in order to optimize their return on investment
• Looking for potential Owner through various channels
• Be an integral part in term of communications between Owner and the potential clients
• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

• Proven experience as an Sales Executive or similar role (experience in property industry is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Fluent in english is a must
• Well groomed is a must
• ⁠Experienced in handling high profile customer
• Good in Communication, Negotiation, and Selling by phone/meeting.
• Working Days: Weekends & Public Holiday (if needed)
• ⁠Willingness to spend time out of the office or mobile working
