We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Offline Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing campaigns for our fresh product line. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in traditional marketing strategies, with a proven ability to conceptualize, plan, and implement offline campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales for fresh products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative offline marketing campaigns to promote our fresh product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align offline strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Plan and manage offline events such as product launches, sampling activities, and promotional events.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with relevant stakeholders (e.g., retailers, event organizers, etc.) for campaign execution.
- Coordinate with creative agencies to develop compelling offline marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, posters).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of offline campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in offline marketing techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as an Offline Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the consumer goods or food industry.
- Demonstrable success in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns that have delivered measurable results.
- Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels such as print media, outdoor advertising, events, and partnerships.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of translating marketing objectives into effective offline strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional certifications in marketing will be a plus.
