Job Description:
Leveraging our client operations by monitor, evaluate, and identify strategies to optimize processes, services, systems, and analysis. Provide responsive Incident Management support to minimize business disruptions.
Responsibilities:
- Willing to work shifts
- Monitoring Event Management in the Network Security Devices
- Covers support activities of Incident Management on the Network Security Infrastructure
- Performing root cause analysis of incidents on the Network Security Infrastructure
- Change management on the Network Security Infrastructure and Reporting of change activities
- Knowledge Management to analyze trends in the utilization of security and network devices & Reporting on the Network Security Infrastructure
- Inventory Management for Network Security Infrastructure
- Providing on-site assistance, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and proactive maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Informatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
- Have a knowledge of information security and Network is mandatory
- Have an understanding of firewalls, routers, switches, an various system concept is mandatory
- Have an experience of Network Security product
- Having Network Security Product certification / Network Security Professional certification
- Having knowledge of IT security framework and standard such a CIS or COBIT is point plus.
- Have excellent work ethics, communication.
