Uraian Tugas

Job description:
Documentation and Filing, maintaining a neat and organized filing system for office/accounting and administrative documents.
Ensuring complete and easily accessible documentation through scanning, printing, etc.
Managing the document archiving system and actively engaging in the use of technology for data storage.
Handling procurement processes for office needs and supporting administrative procurement tasks.
Recording minutes during meetings as a notetaker.
Collaborating with the Finance & General Affairs team.
Qualifications:
Advanced-level student or recent graduate in Business Administration/Accounting or a related field.
Either no experience or prior internship experience in Office Administration or related positions.
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
In-depth understanding of Office Administration policies and process management.
Ability to efficiently manage projects and multitask.
