Responsibilities
• Maintaining the cleanliness of employee workspaces, office equipment, and the company environment• Dealing with queries and requests from visitors and employees• Serving drinks, food, and catering for meetings, conferences, or training needs• Collecting and distributing courier or worker packages• Sorting and searching for messages• Occasionally supporting GA teams in answering phone calls and taking messages• Greeting and directing visitors at the front desk• Handling office documents and basic clerical tasks• Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office• Other duties as requested by HRGA
Requirements
• Minimum education of SMA/SMK graduate• 1-2 years of experience as a Cleaning Service, Housekeeping, or Office Assistant• Fresh graduates with office hygiene knowledge are welcomed• Willingness to work in shift schedule• Possession of own motorcycle and SIM C is an advantage• Basic proficiency in MS Office• Clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance• Friendly, helpful, and service-oriented personality• Disciplined, honest, responsible, and able to work quickly and precisely• Immediate availability for WFO placement in Sudirman
