Front Office Assistant

Role Description:

The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and offering general clerical assistance.

Requirements:

• Relevant education background

• Minimum 2 years experience in the the similar position and hospitality industry

• Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken, other languages will be an advantage. Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively

• Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service

• Experience in appointment scheduling and maintaining calendars

• Previous administrative assistance experience

• Excellent clerical skills, including organizing and filing documents

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Good personality, positive attitude, highly motivated, a team player
