Job Description
Responsible for continuously improving the Fraud Operation process through the creation of guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process development
As the representative of Fraud Operations Management on the finding, metrics, recommendations to all related Business Unit
Undertaking investigational analysis on cases from different areas to help determine root cause, and be able to articulate the findings both verbally and in written format
Supporting the Fraud Operations Manager in the process of mitigating controls to reduce fraud risk exposure
Developing and implementing performance-based metrics for the fraud officer and fraud investigator that are effective measurements of mission accomplishment, such as quality and timeliness of work
Assess and identify Fraud attempt on new Process and or new product to develop the Process and action item need to be done in order prevent Fraud
Work closely with Fraud Ops Team Lead and PM Fraud on the improvement of rules, tools and and Fraud Detection system
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience on Fraud Operations, Fraud Strategy and Fraud Prevention with a fast paced environment
Strong leadership, good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Used to creating report and summary analysis of investigation result by providing comprehensive recommendation
Have an experience on handling and manage Team
Good communication on English both written and verbal
Have an experience on managing project and setting up process
Basic SQL is a plus
