Responsibilities
• Maintaining cleanliness of employee workspaces, office equipment, and company environment• Handling queries or requests from visitors and employees• Serving drinks, food, and catering for meetings, conferences, or training• Collecting and distributing packages and sorting messages• Occasionally supporting GA teams in answering phone calls and receiving messages• Receiving and sending office documents/faxes• Monitoring the use of office equipment and supplies• Assisting with basic clerical tasks• Performing other duties as requested by HRGA
Requirements
• SMA/SMK graduate• 1-2 years of experience as Cleaning Service, Housekeeping, or Office Assistant• Fresh graduates with office hygiene knowledge are welcomed• Willing to work in shift schedule• Having own motorcycle and SIM C is an advantage• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)• Displaying clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance• Having a friendly, helpful, and service-oriented personality• Being disciplined, honest, responsible, and able to work quickly and precisely• Available to join as soon as possible - WFO placement in Sudirman
